Source registry before downstream claims
Elections pages should not hide where result and polling-unit data come from, how current the registry is, or what still needs review. This page reads the shared data.civic.ng registry for that purpose.
- Official and institutional sources are labeled directly instead of being implied by page design.
- Needs-review status remains visible when election records still depend on mixed formats or incomplete ingestion provenance.
- Freshness reflects the latest registry-backed ingestion run when a record store is configured, and says so when it is not.
